Zylofon Media’s only gospel signed artiste, Joyce Blessing, has disputed suggestions that she is struggling to make hits after signing onto the media conglomerate.

In exclusive interview with Sokoohemaa Kukua on the mid morning show on Rainbow Radio 87.5FM, Joyce Blessing said, Zylofon Media is a new record label and will certainly face challenges just like any new business.

The ‘Unbreakerble’ musician told the host she is doing ‘’very well’’ at Zylofon Media and she would not accept the view that she was struggling to make it at Zylofon.

‘’I am progressing steadily at Zylofon Media. There are some people who will never appreciate your efforts even when you are doing your best. Ghanaians should learn how to appreciate and commend people for their hard work. By the grace of God Almighty, I am doing well. It is God who gives us the hits and not by our own strength. I am very comfortable and okay at Zylofon. I am okay with everything but one thing I would tell Ghanaians is that, in everything you do, you will encounter challenges. Zylofon is new record label and will certainly encounter challenges,’’ she said.

Zylofon media, a creative arts and entertainment conglomerate, signed on to its record label Joyce Blessing in 2017.

At a press briefing held at the company’s premises at East Legon in Accra on Wednesday, 28th June, 2017, the Head of Communications for Zylofon Media, Samuel Atuobi Baah said the label had signed a four-year contract with the two artistes.

“We are signing a four-year deal with Joyce Blessing and Obibini. It’s a complete record deal – and when I say ‘a complete record deal’ it includes distribution, promotion, production and marketing as well. We’ve also given them goodwill money that they will need for their personal running,” Mr. Baah disclosed.
