Humour, Laugher and Excitement On The Challenge Season 3

‘’An isosceles triangle has nine sides’’, ‘’CNB Tagoe is the Chancellor of the University of Ghana’’ and many more of such dreadful answers were what certain contestants of the most prized reality show on Ghanaian television The Challenge Season Three produced as they were put on the spotlight in last week’s episode.

The task for the week was dubbed SMART BRAINS; an intriguing quiz which saw all eleven contestants answering random questions from the areas of Geography, History, Math, Politics, Current Affairs, Entertainment and more.

One after the other, the eleven contestants came up onto the stage to answer their set of questions. Each contestant was to answer twenty (20) questions within a stipulated time of three (3) minutes. George Quaye, the quiz master did a good job by employing witty jokes just to get the contestants comfortable.

Benjamine Anyan who was the only contestants saved by the judges during the first eviction last week was at his dazzling best as he answered most of the questions right. Safakor, Majorie and Amponsah exhibited their deep insight on global trends and things happening around them.

The episodes followed with the second eviction show last night which saw the elimination of Irene. After the board room session with the panel to identify the worst performer on the last episode, Irene, Naa, Elsie, Rhoda, Eric, Ophelia and Nana nominated for eviction.

Irene Etornam Migbordzie, a 25 year old lady who enjoys reading, cooking and watching cartoons as her hobbies was evicted. The biochemist who aspires to become a renowned genomic scientist maintains The Challenge is the best thing to have happened to her.

‘’it is rather unfortunate I have to go out of The Challenge at this stage but it has been a great experience for me which I will forever cherish. Now I can face any panel for an interview and my confidence is just amazing’’.

The Challenge Season Three continues this week with The Charity Task which will require contestants to identify a group and raise money for them. it will be amazing how the remaining ten contestants will execute this task!
