Nadia Buari took to her Instagram page to offer her fans a noteworthy counsel.

In the same post, she shared a photo of her new look wearing a grey t-shirt with a mass of curls sitting atop her head.

She sported a fuchsia lipstick, nude eyeshadow and a black eyeliner as she stared at the camera.

She wrote, ‘Holding anger is poison. It eats u from inside. We might think that hating is a weapon that attacks the person who harmed us.. But no, hatred is a *Curved Blade*. And the harm we do, we do to ourselves!.’
