Helen to Represent Ghana in the Miss Humanity International Pageant 2012

Thousands of people worldwide encounter some form of human rights injustice daily. The Miss Humanity International Pageant held annually in Barbados aims to empower those most closely affected by human rights injustices, and to also engender greater awareness, discussion and action in response to these injustices.

On 18th August, 2012, we hosted the Ghana arm of the pageant in collaboration with the Ministry of Women and Children’s Affairs themed ‘Changing The World, One Cause At A Time’, where Helen Anyeweja emerged the outstanding winner with her detailed presentation of the issue of Child Labour In Ghana.

We are now in the process of preparing Helen to represent Ghana on the World Stage in Barbados, Caribbean in the Grand Finale of the Miss Humanity International Pageant 2012 on October 20 th2012.
