Gregg Mingle on Unique FM

Sundays are special days dedicated to God and we all go to church. But if I am not able to go to church for one reason or the other, I do my service at home and then settle for breakfast while listening to Passing Time, a mid-morning show on Unique FM.

I have grown to love this program so much that I never miss it anytime I don’t go to church. That not implying that I deliberately play truancy just to listen to the program… Hell No.

This is a show in which you hear most of your favorite American country music and other “cools” to keep you relaxed whiles enjoying your weekend. What really thrills me is that the songs are not interrupted with long talks and jingles which can break your concentration.

The program is expertly handled by Gregg Mingle, the man with the deep, silky voice who has been in the industry for a long time but on a low profile. His selection of songs are good and as much as possible, he plays the songs requested by callers who phone in to give their shout-outs. He also spices up your morning with very wise and inspiring quotes which are meant to encourage one in his or her walk with God and enhance living.

Gregg Mingle makes my Sundays special and I would urge you to tune in to Unique FM every Sunday from 10 a.m. (or so I think) and be treated to good country music and less talk. That is if you have a very good excuse for not going to church (which must be paramount)
