Gospel Diva Ivy-Q releases new album

Ivy Dede Quarshie known in the music circles as Ivy-Q has released her debut album titled “Baba God”.

The album tipped to take the gospel music circles by storms, has six songs which includes ''Baba God'', ''Something New'', ''Mombo No Ose'', ''In Your Presence'', Oh Come All Ye Faithful'' and ''Praise Him''.

At the launch of the ‘Baba God’ album at the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) in Nungua, the powerful gospel musician said, the album has strong African rhythm which makes it very unique from
her previous two albums.

“I believe that by the leading of the Holy spirit, the album stands out and would be accepted by everyone across the length and breadth of the country and beyond.

“It wasn't easy recording most of the songs but was grateful to God, as she successfully produced the masterpiece,” She added.

Pastor Telford Abayateye Manager of the artiste, was also optimistic that Ivy-Q would take Ghana gospel to a different height with the new album.

“I have worked with Ivy over the years and this is one of the best gospel albums I have ever come across and certain it would do well,” he stated.

The launch saw ministrations from Apostle Oko Hackman, Rev. Edwin Dadson, Rev. Dr. Harry Lawson and Pastor Jonas Odoi.
