Gn Bank Award Winners receive Original Awards Plaques

Winners of the 2015 edition of the GN Bank Awards, on Friday 30th October 2015 received the original awards plaques advertised prior to the awards night by the organisers as part of the winning package.

The brief event which brought a closure to the maiden edition of the awards and to make way for preparations for the 2016 edition took place at the headquarters of GN Bank, the title sponsors of the awards, located at Asylum Down in Accra.

The event was attended by several of the winners and their representatives, management of GN Bank, chairman of the 2015 GN Bank Awards Board, Mr. Tommy Anna – Forson and executives of Spyder Lee Entertainment, the organisers of the awards.

Speaking on behalf of the winners, Nathan Kwabena Anokye Adisi, popularly known as Bola Ray, thanked GN Bank for contributing to the development of the Ghanaian Arts and Entertainment by sponsoring the awards. He also commended Spyder Lee Entertainment for putting together one of the best shows he has witnessed in Ghana.

On his part, the Chief Executive Officer of GN Bank, Mr. Patrick Anumel, thanked all the winners present for making time to attend the event and also for their patience whilst the organisers procured new plagues due to the change of name of the awards scheme.

He further stated that the subsequent editions of the awards will be bigger and better with several add-ons.

The GN Bank Awards is an annual cross-discipline awards scheme which seeks to award and celebrate individuals and organisations that contribute to the development of the Ghanaian Arts and Entertainment industry in diverse ways.

According to the organisers of the awards, Spyder Lee Entertainment, an integrated entertainment solutions and event management company, all is set for a successful roll-out and execution of the 2016 edition of the awards soon.
