Gifty Ofori for Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in New York

Gifty Ofori, winner of the 2012 edition of Miss Universe Ghana, will be joining a number of international fashion icons at the 2014 edition of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York, USA.

This year’s fashion event is dubbed: ‘Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Fall 2014 Collections’ and is scheduled to take place from February 6 to February 13 at the Lincoln Centre in New York. Gifty is one of Ghana’s fashion personalities who will be attending the event.

The Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week is an IMG Fashion event, where designers from around the world debut their collections as the next chapter in the future of fashion.

The event will host thousands of media, buyers, stylists, celebrities, VIPs and special guests who will be joined by over 3 million fashion consumers globally.

There will be collections by Betsey Johnson Reprise, Clover Canyon, Cutecircuit, Anna Sui, Zang Toi, Ralph Lauren, Rachel Zoe, J. Mendel, Calvin Klein, Bibhu Mohapatra and Hernan Lander among others.

Organizers announced via its website that venues of the event will be complimented by a redesigned and modern event lobby that will offer guests a fashionable environment to conduct business and network.
