Ghanaian Musicians To Thrill Black Stars In South Africa

Come this month (June), all eyes and attention of the entire globe will be focused on South Africa. A lot of people in their own way are doing their possible best to be part of this historic event and a Ghanaian event organizing company “Pinkrah Media House Production” based in South Africa, is staging a mammoth musical concert at the Pretoria Park to welcome and entertain the Black Stars prior to the tournament.

The event, scheduled to take off on the 11th of June has the finest of Ghanaian artistes billed to perform at this big historic event. The artistes expected to grace this momentous event are the GMA Artiste of the Year, Sarkodie, Samini, K.K Fosu, A-plus, Obrafuor, Ofori Amponsah, Kofi Nti and a host of others.

Peacefmonline in a telephone conversation with the CEO of Pinkrah Media House Production, Mr. Kofi Pinkrah, about the said concert, he intimated that it is his own way of welcoming and honouring the Senior National Team, the Black Stars, and also help in promoting the African teams participating in the 2010 World Cup tournament. He further explained that everything is on track as far as organizing the trip is concerned and revealed that he has received positive responses from the entire artistes expected to thrill fans in South Africa.

“…together with my lieutenant crew members, all necessary arrangements have been concluded and the artistes will be leaving the shores of Ghana on the 7th of June 2010,” he added.

Talking to some artiste managers of those billed to perform in Pretoria; they expressed their happiness at being part of the said concert. They also revealed to Peacefmonline the intense rehearsals their artistes have embarked on in a bid to give fans in South Africa, the best entertainment of their lives at the tourney.
