Gasmilla to rock 7th Indomie Edufest

Milla Joseph Odartey Lamptey, known in showbiz circles as Gasmilla, is set to rock patrons at the 7th Indomie Edufest which is scheduled to come off at the Ghana International Trade Fair on July 1, 2015.

The ‘Telemo’ hit maker is billed to entertain school children, teachers and the general public who would throng the venue for the republic day event.

In its 7th year, Edufest, is an academic based programme that focuses on students academics in activities such as “What do you know” in Integrated Science, Religious and Moral Education and Social Studies.

Other competitive activities that take place during Edufest are Spelling Bee, Speech presentation and Poetry recital.

Unlike the previous editions, this year’s edition has been incorporated with a choreography dance, dance battles, rap shows among others, and it is in that segment where Gasmilla is expected to live up to expectation.

Mr Nathaniel Ekow Morrison, the Chief Executive of Global Multimedia Consult, organizers of the event explained that Indomie Edufest was of three purposes; to inspire, encourage and invigorate the academic experience among the basic school students.

He noted that the Trade Fair at 10am on July 1, 2015 would simultaneously host students in the academic competitions in a closed door event while Gasmilla joins the various entertainment segments to entertain patrons made up of school children and the general public.
