UK-based Ghanaian acts Kwamz and Flava have conceded their mainstream status is nowhere near that of Afrobeat star Fuse ODG.
In a candid radio interview in Accra the duo, who are in Ghana on a promotional leg tour said:
“Fuse ODG is bigger than us in the UK , we are not in competition with him, he has opened doors for a lot of afro beat singers in UK , he controls even white crowd in the UK ,we are bigger in Ghana than the UK but we are gradually winning the hearts of the black communities in the United Kingdom.”
The group continue to enjoy relative rotation with their hit song of 2015 ‘Wo Onane No’.
