Ekow Micah freed in 'wee' case

Embattled Reggae musician, Ekow Micah who was facing trial for unlawful possession of narcotics has been acquitted and discharged by an Accra circuit court.

Ekow was arrested by the police after they reportedly chanced upon a substance alleged to be marijuana in the artiste's house.

Counsel for Ekow, Lawyer Maurice Ampaw posted a photo on Facebook with a reaction;

"Justice has prevailed over evil, Ekow Micah is free".
