Efua From Central Region Out Of Ghana’s Most Beautiful

Twenty-three-year-old Efua, the representative of the Central Region on TV3’s Ghana’s Most Beautiful, was last Sunday shown the exit, becoming the third evictee from the reality show.

Both the Central and the Eastern Regional representatives recorded fewer votes, compelling the judges to save Adjoa from the Eastern Region.

The contestants displayed vividly the qualities women in their regions possessed including how traditional marriage rites were performed as a way of encouraging inter-tribal and regional marriage to promote national unity.

Each contestant demonstrated to the discerning viewer, studio audience and the judges the inside-out of how marriage was done in their traditional area.

The show commenced with a beautiful choreography, a dance related to the people of Anlo in the Volta Region. Akua from the Ashanti Region and Enam from the Volta Region had thrilled studio audience and the judges with their presentation and examples.

According to judge David Dontoh, the ladies had things in common as far as their marriage rites were concerned. But Togbui, one of the judges, also said that Enam jumped the investigative aspect which was very important before the marriage rites were performed. Judge Linda encouraged inter-tribal marriage and advised parents to support their children who found themselves in that situation.

Though the ladies took up a bold task in showcasing what they had, Tobgui stated, he expected the ladies to state who was giving out the lady for marriage. The excitement continues next week as the ladies talk about challenging developmental issues in their regions.
