Rapper Coded, a ‘member’ of the defunct music group 4×4 has said his hit song Edey Pain Dem can be likened to Highlife legend Nana Acheampong’s ‘Na Anka Ebeye Den’.

He disclosed that the song is the English version of Acheampong’s song.

The song being his first solo song after Captain Planet allegedly announced the break up of the 4×4 group, Coded who was formerly known as Abortion revealed on Celebrity Fan Zone show on GHone Tv that his intent was conveyed out of the criticisms and frustrations from enemies when they see an individual doing well in life.

According to him, many people get hurt when they hear positive news about their fellow and pleased with the bad news of their friends.

“Someone wish he or she is the one enjoying the good life you are enjoying. They always smile to you but when they hear good news about you, they are hurt but when it is a bad news about you, they are happy. They laugh at you in secret but when they see you, they pretend to share in your pain.” Coded said.

However, many are of the opinion that Coded might be referring to his former group mate, Captain Planet since the latter in recent times after announcing the break up of the group was reported to have said that his colleagues were not cooperating and putting in effort to make the group stand that is why he left and when solo.
