Eazzy releases ‘Scream’ remix with Skales

After getting a good deal of response from music lovers with her new single, Scream which was released in March this year, Eazzy, who is currently working on her second album is ready with the remix of the song.

Released last week and currently receiving airplay, the remixed song which features up and coming Nigerian artiste, Skales, is intended to be promoted to a wider market across Africa especially in Nigeria.

Eazzy told Showbiz that remixes of songs have become the norm with regards to contemporary dance music as it gives the songs a new appeal.

“The presence of Skales’ voice and his version of rap on the song gives the remix a distinct feel from the original. In fact, my team has no regrets featuring him on the song. He has done a great job.

“Skales is one of the fastest growing artistes in Nigeria whose music is currently making waves in that country. His personality and style suited the music and I know Ghanaians will like the new ‘Scream’ after listening to it. The song can be bought and downloaded on I–Tunes.

“My fans know how I do my things. I give out the best and the remix of Scream is testimony to that. It is not surprising that it is among the best four Ghana-Nigeria song collaborations currently playing in Nigeria” she added.

Eazzy hinted that the video for the song is currently being shot on location and is expected to be ready next month.

After launching her debut album Twinkle in 2010 which contained hit singles like Wengeze and Bo Wo Nsem Ma Me, Eazzy has had over 15 nominations in a variety of awards criteria including being named as Reggae DanceHall Artiste of the Year, at this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music

Awards with her song ‘Go go Wind’ which featured Jupita. She hopes to make meaningful strides with the Scream remix in the coming months.

Skales, an upcoming artiste who got signed onto Banky W’s EME Records last year is known for songs like Keresimesi and Mukulu.
