The Eastern Music Awards 2025 was held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at The White House in Koforidua, celebrating outstanding achievements in music and creative arts. Curated by Hi5 Empire, the event brought together artistes, industry stakeholders, and music enthusiasts for a night of recognition.

El Jena emerged as the biggest winner, clinching Artist of the Year and Afropop Song of the Year for Rain. Other notable winners included Wendy Shay (Eastern Pride of the Year), Black Sherif (Most Influential Act in Ghana), and Afia Ahoufɛ (Female Vocalist of the Year).
