From Friday 18th September, e.TV Ghana will open an exhibition fair dubbed ‘GHANA VILLAGE’ to showcase made in Ghana products.

Aimed at promoting and encouraging the use of made-in-Ghana products and services as well as re-awakening the consciousness of Ghanaians on the need to patronise our local products to help provide employment and to grow our economy, the 10 day exhibition is scheduled to start from 18th to 27th of September 2015 at the West Hills Mall, Weija.

The fair is one of the activities being organized by e.TV Ghana as part of its ‘Made in Ghana’ month which was launched on 3rd August 2015 by the Deputy Minister for Trade and Industry.

The whole of September has therefore been dedicated to the advancement of products and services solely made in the country.

With over 30 exhibitors from all aspects of the Ghanaian society, the Ghana Village will be opened each day from 9:00 am in the morning till 9:00 pm.

Patrons are promised an unforgettable experience as they will get to see sample, make new discoveries and purchase authentic Ghanaian made products at unbeatable prices.

The General Manager of e.TV Ghana, Mr John Osei-Tutu Agyeman (JOT), disclosed that, the annual Ghana Made-In-Ghana activities, is e.TV’s way of promoting Ghanaian businesses and services as well as supporting the ‘Made in Ghana campaign’ by the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

JOT stated “This ten-day event is meant to give exposure to manufacturers of locally made products and to showcase the Ghanaian culture and tradition. We also want to refute the perception that products made in Ghana are of low quality compared to the foreign ones.

There are people coming up with amazing, quality products right here in Ghana, and these products are more than good enough to give the foreign products a good run for their money”.

JOT encouraged all businesses of local products and consumers to grab the opportunity and partake in the fair to help grow our economy.

During the month of September, businesses also have the opportunity to advertise their products and services on e.TV Ghana at heavily discounted rates.
