Ghanaian film maker Shirley Frimpong Manso premiered her two-cast film 'Rebecca' at the London Odeon Cinema on Saturday, January 22, 2016.

Present at the special screening to support her work was UK-based Ghanaian, Sammy Ankrah, the writer and director of the soon to be released Christian film, Divine Intelligence.

Screen diva's Joselyn Dumas, Sandra Ankobiah, Shirley Frimpong Manso and the cast of the film, Yvonne Okoro and Joseph Benjamin also graced the occasion.

While the stars were interacting, Dumas mesmerized by how Sammy Ankrah mentions her name asked an interesting question. See how the conversation went:

Joselyn Dumas could be heard asking Sammy Ankrah: "Are you a preacher man?" Sammy Ankrah, whose facial expression portrayed the question was somehow unexpected, responded by asking Joselyn Dumas, "What makes you say so?", to which Joselyn Dumas responded, "The way you call my name you sound like a preacherman."

"Really?" asked Sammy Ankrah. "Yeah, replied Joselyn Dumas. "Wow, that's interesting. I never knew there was a particular way preachermen sound when they mention people's names," quipped Sammy Ankrah. "Well, said Joselyn, "I mean, you know, the way you're like..."

Was Miss Joycelyn mesmerized by the vocal power of Sammy Ankrah? What do you think? Well, by that interaction she might have landed herself a future movie role with the multi-skilled and multi-talented professional. Who knows?

Sammy Ankrah later posted on his Facebook page that he may need to conduct a scientific research on Joselyn Dumas's statement to verify whether there is any statistical correlation in her assertion.

In another development, a leading figure of the Assemblies of God Church in Ghana who has pleaded to be anonymous lauded Sammy Ankrah for his upcoming film, Divine Intelligence.

Speaking to reporter Clement Acheampong, the respected man of God, said he had opportunity to preach at Praise Harvest Community Church - PHCC (Sammy Ankrah's church) in London a few years ago.

He said after preaching, while interacting with the church leaders, Sammy Ankrah shook his hands and congratulated him for his message and said he was making a film of which the subject matter of the message he had just preached was included.

The Assemblies of God General said he had not seen the film but a pastor friend in the UK who had seen it had said the film is a must watch and is likely to have a positive impact on the church and the general public.

The respected AoG General said he knew of some Ghanaian pastors who had also preached in PHCC, headed by Rev Moses Asare, and their recent social media activities, preachings, public utterances, etc., indicate that they are "shifting the goal post" because they fear they might be indicted in the film when it comes out, since Sammy Ankrah has stated in one of his YouTube videos that the content of the film is based on real life experiences.

The Assemblies of God General, however, said it is better for a man of God to "repent" and put the church in good light than to deceive the people and lead the masses astray thereby causing the church to lose its credibility.

"It is good I see those men of God whose ministry I have come to be concerned about doing the right thing now," the respected man of God said.
