Dual Citizenship In Trouble? (5)

The dual citizenship programme of Ghana is becoming a nightmare to those who have applied. About 2,000 plus applicant who have applied in New York area only about two (2) people have received their certificates.

Why the delay? At least the authorities should have the decency to inform the applicants why it has taken them that long to process their applications?

Applicants paid for the service so they have the right to know something they have contracted with the govt. Please do not keep them in the dark.
