The musician, who balanced his music career with his studies, also took moments to interact with fellow graduates, fans and other attendees who celebrated the milestone with him.

Speaking to GhanaWeb in a phone interview, Dr Cryme disclosed that the degree is only the first phase of his academic pursuit, revealing plans to further his education with a master’s programme in 2027.

“This is the degree in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Studies, and it is the first phase. From next year, I am going to pursue my masters,” he said.

The achievement adds another accomplishment to Dr Cryme’s career beyond music, as he joins a number of Ghanaian entertainers who have pursued higher education alongside their creative work.
