Fast rising sound engineer Daniel Owusu- Agyapong, publicly known as Danny Beatz has cautioned Appietus not to contest Obour with the motive of embezzling funds when elected.

Danny Beatz, who mentioned Appietus as one of his favorite sound engineers whom he look up to, was talking to DJ Murphy Lee of Sunyani based Metro fm.

He was asked whether he support Appietus for contesting Obour since he mentioned him as one of his favorite sound engineers.

“It’s not bad for him to contest but frankly, he shouldn't go there because of his stomach. He knows the way Ghanaian musicians are suffering.

If he is going there to manage things well that is fine but he shouldn't contest with the motive of embezzling funds from the government or from the union coffers because someone is doing it or has done it", Danny noted to Murphy.

He also debunked the assertion that he is singing because Appietus and some other engineers have also combined singing with sound engineering.

“I was then doing reggae before I shifted to singing. My current song titled "Nyame Nsa Ano" which I featured Guru is doing so well", he said.

Danny finally stated that,Guru's hit song "Nkwadaa-Kwadaa" is the toughest song he has engineered .
