Distance goes beyond location – MsTooknow

The challenges of long-distance relationships cannot be over emphasized. Many have attributed the mare distance between the two as a reason not to venture into the relationship at all.

But sex and love coach MsTooknow has a different view. She made these contributions when she took part as a panel on Moans and Cuddles on Ghanaweb TV.

According to her, distance goes beyond the geographical location of two people in a relationship, because most of the time,, people who even live close do not get along as expected.

She argued that people usually blame the failure of a relationship on trivial stuff such as phone, internet, distance etc, but there are long distance relationships that have thrived for many years and still going strong because there is intimacy and connection.

“People always want to blame the failure of relationships on trivial things like phone, internet, stuff like that but listen, when you talk about distance, I feel like distance goes beyond just location, because you can be with your partner in the same bedroom and there’s a huge gap between the two because there is no intimacy, there is no connection”, she said.

She continued,” there are people who have had long distance relationships where the connection is so high that you don’t even feel the person is not there”.
