Diamond Appiah spotted in Russia during World Cup

Politics may have swallowed Diamond Appiah and spat her out with the slimiest consequences, but the singer is back up and experiencing the world cup firsthand in Russia.

Unlike Kenyan MPs who are allegedly experiencing the world cup euphoria on their taxpayers’ dime, Diamond is footing her own bills and having the time of her life in Russia as the world cup draws its final curtains.

The former aspiring MP for Trobu who is on a summer tour in Europe made a pitch stop in Russia on holidays to enjoy the World Cup tournament.

Visuals available to Ghanaweb.com show the Afro-pop singer in the St. Petersburg stadium during the France and Belgium match in which the latter lost by a lone goal.

Diamond lost miserably, her bid to represent Trobu Constituency in Amasaman in the Greater Accra region on the ticket of the United Progressive Party (UPP).
