Mr Alfred Larbi, CEO of Oxzy FM has described the Creative Arts Minister Madam Catherine Afeku, as incompetent.

The controversial entertainment critic who is popularly referred to as DJ Oxygen posited that, the Minister is not apt for the job.

He was speaking on GH Entertainment hosted by Agyemang Prempeh on Rainbow Radio 87.5FM where he was asked to assess the performance of President Akufo-Addo, in his first 100 days with regards to entertainment.

In his view, the Minister has not been effective after she was sworn into office adding, she lacks the ingredients for the Ministry she is managing. She lacks good communication skills.

If she cannot engage the media, she should employ the services of a PRO with a background in the tourism and arts industry.’’ When the host pointed out to him that he was being harsh, Oxy insisted that, the Minister is incompetent and not fit for the job.

Mr. Larbi noted further that, he does not see any significant change in the industry after the NPP took over despite the zeal with which Nana Addo promised the industry players.

''The Minister is only travelling instead of working. What is she doing? She is incompetent. We should have witnessed some level of change in the industry. She has added nothing new to the difficulties in the industry. To me, she did not deserve her position but she should do her best.’’
