Celebrity Sightings: Majid shows off his Zafaa Award

The Erawoc family is certainly proud of the achievements of their boy, Majid Michel as photos of the actor showing off his ZAFAA Award statuette are floating up on their Facebook pages. Majid looked excited himself, as he held high the Oscar-lookalike statuette in his hand.

Majid Michel won the ‘Best Actor’ nod at the 2010 ZAFAA Awards for his role in ‘Silent Scandal’ in a ceremony held in London, last month. This was the first ever major award recognition for the actor since he made his acting debut in the TV series, ‘Things We Do fro Love’ over a decade a go.

The actor has also been featured in the November edition of the New African Woman magazine. In the interview, he talks about women, acting and his journey so far.
