Catherine Afeku was axed as Tourism Minister because of scandalous AFRIMA - Kwasi Ernest

Days after President Akufo-Addo’s mini-reshuffle, reassigning Hon. Catherine Afeku as a Minister of State at the Office of the President, assigned to the Office of the Senior Minister, stakeholders in the creative arts industry have begun giving reasons for her removal.

Ernest Kwasi Ennin, a regular pundit on Starr FM’s Morning Zoo, has alleged that the Member of Parliament for Evalue Gwira Constituency in the Western Region was transferred to another ministry because of non-performance.

The gospel artiste manager stated emphatically that he is optimistic Afeku failed to look into the AFRIMA deal before approving it.

“Let’s open the docket on the AFRIMA because it was scandalous. I can confidently say that was the reason why Afeku was axed as the Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture.” Ernest Kwasi Ennin told Kojo Preko Dankwa on Morning Zoo.
