Becca debunks rumours that her father disowned her

Popular Ghanaian music artiste, Becca, has finally opened up about allegations that her father disowned her.

According to the celebrated songstress, she enjoys a very good relationship with him. In response to a query about an open rejection by her father, which allegedly occurred about 5 years ago, she claimed that, it was nothing more than a fabricated story.

The decision of her father to rejected her, as circulated that time, was as a result of her decision to get married to her former manager, Kiki Banson.

Her father is alleged to have reacted to the news saying that

“Becca is no more my child and she can do whatever she pleases with her life. She is of no importance to me anymore. She is grown so if she thinks Kiki is the one she really wants to marry, she can go ahead and marry him. I have already disowned her. I don’t care if the mother supports her or not. Looking at my health condition now, I wouldn’t want to do anything that will affect me and the rest of the family. Everything I gave her has been taken back. She is no more my child and will never be my child, not even when I’m dead.’’
