B.B Menson to judge on TV3’s Gang Starz

B.B Menson
Radio guru B.B Menson has been pencilled as a judge of Gang Starz, a new innovative reality TV show to be aired on TV3. The controversial Radio Gold programs boss was approached by TV3 with an offer, sources say, he may not be able to refuse. It will be the first time B.B Menson is seen doing serious TV after his stint in the 90s with Talal Fatal’s Smash TV.

The virusman is expected to do what he does best even before Simon Cowell of American Idol fame began his trend of being caustic with contestants in the West. B.B isn’t Africa’s Simon Cowell but the one who started that trend of being mean and critical. But as the world knows, trends that started in Africa are hardly recognized by the world for obvious reasons.

Gang Starz is a music talent hunt with special focus on groups. The difference between Gang Starz and Mentor is the fact that the latter concentrates on solo singers and the former deals with gangs of singers. Screening of contestants ended at TV3 on July 18 and the stage is almost set for take off of what promises to be another exciting reality TV show.

Fans of the Radio Gold presenter and boss can sit back and relax as they watch B.B Menson for the first time in the judges’ corner. Some may not like him for being blunt with the truth but others will love him for having the courage to say it as it is.
