Alvin Slaughter In Ghana To ?Building His Kingdom?

The rate at which foreign gospel songs has become part of the praises and worship of most churches in Ghana and the Sub Region has been very alarming.

Most of the well established churches in the country open their praises and worship sessions with foreign songs before any of the local songs are introduced.

One man whose songs are popular and has contributed immensely to a host of most foreign songs in the country and has released and produced many hits in the States and continues to touch the lives of his fans and any listeners of his song ministration is .

For the first time in Ghana Alvin Slaughter will be performing at The National Theatre of Ghana live in a concert dubbed ?Building His Kingdom?. This concert is aimed at unifying all Ghanaians from all walks of life. It comes off on Saturday the 19th of May 2007 at 6pm sharp. The concert will also help create a platform for benevolent contributions to Father Campbell?s Lepers? Aid Committee.

Since this program is linked to the Ghana @ 50 celebrations, Hon S K Boafo would host Alvin Slaughter and his team when the touch down in the country somewhere in the first week of May. Hon S K Boafo will also be the special guest of the program.

To make the occasion an unforgettable and soul inspiring night some of the op local gospelsingers would also be on the bill. This concert will feature a host of local gospel artistes such as Nii Okai, Danny Nartey, Rev Yawson, Tagoe sisters and many more.
