Akesse Brempong returns to roots with indigenous spontaneous worship

Akesse Brempong Akesse Brempong

Well known for an indisputable command over the gospel reggae genre which has won him multiple awards both locally and internationally, Akesse Brempong, the “Gospel Reggae Kingpin” and “Crazy Love” dude, as he is affectionately called in the gospel music arena, is at it again but this time, with a different twist, reaffirming his versatile nature.

Recorded live in July 2017 at the Kumasi City Mall during the 3rd edition of the Agape Carnival an annual outdoor music gathering and outreach attracting over 5,000 music lovers and hosted by the Akesse Brempong Ministries and the Tribe of Judah, it’s the first double single release off his latest album to be outdoored on the 20th of March this year.

The 2-part song yet to be released is a collection of indigenous worship songs with a Pentecostal touch titled “Spontaneous Worship 1” and “Spontaneous Worship 2” and it sets the tone for a really impactful album.

As the name suggests, it’s an intimate form of worship expressed through these songs tailored together to draw it’s listener deeper into the throne room, unaware of their surroundings, simply lost in sweet communion with the Father. It’s just the right medium to use if you are looking for that encounter with the divine.

They will be available for downloads on iTunes, CDBaby, Aftown, YouTube, Google play and all online stores.
