The ‘Baba’ hit maker said 2014 has been a busy year indicating that he has been billed to perform in a mega concert in the United States on 30th November 2014 where other gospel gurus such as TD Jakes, Donnie McClurkin, Amando, Jonathan Nelson and others will congregate in a display of worship, thanks giving, song ministration and spreading of the gospel.

According to Sonnie Badu as he is affectionately known , his team views the opportunity to minister on other lands as a unique chance to capture souls for Christ adding that after the United States show, he has been billed to perform in Nigeria, south Africa and Canada. He was however quick to add that the “Africa Worships with Sonnie Badu” concert shall return in 2015.

The man who debuted on the gospel scene with ‘Lost in His Glory’ in 2007 stated that as a media savvy person he was responsive to people seeking the gospel through music via channels such as YouTube noting that in such interactions he shares word on his motherland- Ghana.

Ever the proactive man, Bola seized the opportunity to enquire how much Sonnie would pledge for the Starr FM’s Ebola campaign, savvy Sonnie responded by saying as a team person, he had to consult before committing a definitive amount to the fund which seeks to mobilize money and equipment in readiness should the deadly viral disease infect any one in Ghana.
