Adom FM thrills Mampong Ohum & Akropong Odwira patrons, promises more

Sons and daughters as well as visitors who thronged the Akuapem Ridge, right from Mampong, through Amanokrom to Akropong during the Ohum and Odwira festivals will have lasting memories of the fun and entertainment dished out by Adom 106.3 FM and its hit-squad of DJs, including Papa Bills, Jerry Justice.

And for patrons thought they had enough of the excitement at Mampong and Akropong, they should be preparing for yet another fiesta when they meet the Adom FM festival trail at Tutu and Aburi in the coming weeks.

According to the radio station’s Events and Promotions Manager, Ricky Anokye, what is on the cards is beyond words.

Adom FM, fast becoming the number one festival trail blazer in Ghana, stormed the Akuapem Ridge in the Eastern Region by storm with a host of entertaining shows.

One outstanding event by the team from Adom FM, laced with performances by a number of rap and hiplife artistes, was the “Sunday Sankwan” programme which was broadcast live, with patrons defying a heavy downpour.

And when the event proved too hot to resist, Adom FM staff, organizers and otherwise too busy grappling with the teeming numbers of patrons, put on their dancing shoes to join the fray.
