A new Tagoe Sisters album to be out soon

Pioneer Gospel duo Tagoe Sisters are set to release an album in the coming months, they’ve revealed to this website.

“We are in the studio now so after Easter we will come out with our new album”

In between recording their upcoming album and performing at events, the duo are spending time on their Tagoe Twins Foundation.

“The foundation basically takes care of needy twins .Some of them are in the university, we are helping them to achieve something in life.”

Made up of twin sisters Lydia Dedei Yawson (nee Tagoe) and Elizabeth Korkoi Tagoe, they released their first album ‘Stay In My Heart’ in 1988 and have consistently released hit songs including anka matete, fa bibiara ma no, yedi nkunim, okamafo Jesus, w’atua maka, and manya yesu among a good number.

Their contribution to the Ghanaian music industry had been recognized with numerous awards and nominations.
