Amankay is the best bet for Oforikrom constituency - PAPOG

Patriotic Patriot of Ghana (PAPOG) has in a unanimous decision, endorsed the candidature of Dr. Emmanuel Yaw Amankwah ahead of the primaries in the Oforikrom Constituency.


In a press statement, president of the group, John Kwadwo Stevens said Dr. Emmanuel Amankwah who is socially known as Amankay, is the savior the constituency has for years now been yearning for.


“We didn’t just wake up from bed to announce our decision to support him. We did serious grounds work and it appears most of the delegates and the constituents as a whole are rooting for no other person but Amankay.


His belief in grassroots support, especially the need in addressing concerns of delegates as well as his assurance of creating JOBS in the constituency for the youth are some of the reasons why we are all going out for him” he said.


According to the group, the Senior Lecturer at the Food Science Department of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) can contribute significantly to increase the vote margin in favor of the NPP ahead of the 2020 general elections, because he is the man of the people who is committed to ensuring that the party continues to be in government for a very long time.


"We are confident he individuals will faithfully execute his duties and rightfully uphold national interest" said the youth group based in the Ashanti region
