Why should Dr Mahama consult the party, he says he has bowed out of active politics, in other words, he's done being an active member of PNC party. Bernard Mornah we all know works for NDC party incognito. He thinks about his stomach only .What a selfish fool. He's jealous of Dr Mahama's appointment. Congratulations to Dr Mahama.
