NDC should mention a single achievement after almost two years in office - Masawudu

Third National Vice Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Alhaji Osman Masawudu Third National Vice Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Alhaji Osman Masawudu

The Third National Vice Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Alhaji Osman Masawudu, popularly known as Chairman Buga Buga, has lambasted the President John Dramani Mahama-led administration, describing it as incompetent.

According to him, the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) cannot point to a single major developmental project since assuming office.

Speaking in an interview shared on social media, Chairman Buga Buga said Ghanaians are disappointed in the government and have begun to see the difference between the erstwhile NPP administration and the current NDC government.

"The tables have already turned. When you look at the faces of the police officers and other security personnel, you can see their frustration. The same security personnel who supported John Mahama to come to power are now suffering,” he said.

The NPP chairman further argued that President Mahama is incompetent and would remain so regardless of how long he stays in office.

"We don't care whether Mahama serves one term, three terms or more. He is still incompetent and will continue to be incompetent.

"When the NPP was in power, Ghanaians saw what we accomplished within our first year in office. The NDC has now been in office for almost two years. What have they done?

"They should mention just one thing the NDC government has done," he said.
