Aspiring Parliamentary Candidate for Ayawaso West Wuogon, Samuel Owusu Amankwaa, has appealed to members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the constituency to prioritise unity and togetherness as they prepare for the upcoming constituency elections.
Amankwaa made the call when he brought together executive aspirants for an engagement focused on promoting peace, mutual respect, and a smooth electoral process.
He encouraged the aspirants and party members to view the internal contest as an opportunity to strengthen the party’s structures rather than create divisions, stressing that the bond among members must remain intact beyond the elections.
“Elections will come and go, but the NPP in Ayawaso West Wuogon must remain one family. Our unity is our greatest asset heading into 2026,” Amankwaa said.
As part of his contribution towards strengthening grassroots activities, Amankwaa provided GH₵100,000 as seed support to assist the constituency’s operations after the elections.
The initiative was welcomed by the Council of Elders and constituency leadership, who commended him for demonstrating commitment to the growth and stability of the constituency.
