Son of Dr Nduom supports CPP campaign

Kumasi, Nov 16, GNA - Nana Kweku Nduom, 29, son of Dr Paa Kwesi Nduom, the presidential candidate of the Convention People's Party (CPP), has started a campaign tour of the Ashanti Region to solicit for votes to boost the CPP chances in the December election. He told the Ghana News Agency in Kumasi that his tour was necessitated by the support his father was gaining throughout the country.

Nana Nduom, who is based in the US, expressed delight as to how his father's campaign messages were getting down well with the people and expressed the hope that this would lead to a massive voting for him in the elections.

He said all over the world issues about the youth and their development had become paramount and that Ghana was no exception and that "unless the nation invests in the youth all the socio-economic gains made over the years will be eroded". He interacted with the CPP activists at a youth programme held at the Kumasi Polytechnic and cautioned the youth to refrain from acts that would hamper the peace the nation was enjoying and the success of the election.
