Banker-to-Banker lotto operators appeal to IGP.

The controversy surrounding the use of Department of National Lotteries' numbers by the banker to banker writers association has taken another turn with the association appealing to the Inspector General of Police to stop his men from harassing them whiles an amicable solution is being sought to the problem.
