Women in Non-Governmental Organisations and Religious Institutions

Although women's participation in churches has moved from the point where they were only involved in cleaning and decorating of the church, some, including the clergy, are yet to get used to this fact. The study showed that while women in NGOs enjoy the support of the men under whom they work, the same cannot be said for women priests.
