Benso Oil Palm Plantation to increase production in 2018

Benso Oil Palm Plantation (BOPP) has hinted of plans to increase its production capacity for this year.

The company has made significant strides in the oil palm plantation business and plans to scale up following impressive performance for 2017.

In an interview with Class Business, General Manager for BOPP, Samuel Avaala was of the firm conviction the massive investment made in 2017 will yield the desired results in 2018 for more expansion.

According to the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE), BOPP topped the list of five best performing companies listed on its burse for the year 2017 under review and Mr Avaala attributes the impressive performance to massive investments made in the in recent years.

The company came first with 194 percent followed by Goil with 144 percent.
