BOST to use part of IGF to support Buipe-Bolgatanga petroleum pipeline project

The Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company Limited (BOST) has said it intends to apply part of its Internally Generated Funds (IGF) towards eligible payments for the Re-demarcation and Installation of visible line markings on the Buipe-Bolgatanga Petroleum Pipeline (B2P3) Right of Way (Row).

BOST said detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) and performance requirements will be provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP) Documents.

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (ACT 663) as amended in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of the Republic of Ghana.

“Interested eligible Consultants may inspect the RFP document and obtain further information from the Procurement Unit, at the address below from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time each weekday from Monday, May 4, 2020. Sale of RFP documents will commence on the same day,” BOST said in the request for proposal for this project.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RE-DEMARCATION, SURVEYING AND MAPPING OF B2P3 OF RIGHT OF WAY

(IFT NO. GR/BOST/TS/0008/2020)

The Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company Limited (BOST) intends to apply part of its Internally Generated Funds (IGF) towards eligible payments for the Re-demarcation and Installation of visible line markings on the Buipe-Bolgatanga Petroleum Pipeline (B2P3) Right of Way (Row).

Detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) and performance requirements are provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP) Documents.

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (ACT 663) as amended in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of the Republic of Ghana.

Interested eligible Consultants may inspect the RFP document and obtain further information from the Procurement Unit, at the address below from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time each weekday from Monday, May 4, 2020.

Sale of RFP documents will commence on the same day.

A complete set of RFP documents may be purchased by interested Consultants upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghanaian Cedis (GHS 500.00) in cash or certified cheque in the name of the Bulk Oil Storage & Transportation Company Limited.

RFP documents would be on sale between 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each working day from date of publication to the deadline for submission.

Proposal shall be valid for Ninety (90) days after the deadline for proposal submission.

All Proposals must be accompanied by the following documents

Registrar’s General Certificates;

Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate;

Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate

VAT Certificate

Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Certificate/ Evidence of Registration;
Tender Security in the amount and form prescribed in the RFP documents.

Sealed Proposals, clearly marked “ RE-DEMARCATION, SURVEYING AND MAPPING OF B2P3 RIGHT OF WAY” with the appropriate package number, must be deposited in the Tender Box located on the Ground Floor, Main Reception, at the address stated below on or before 11:00 am on Monday, June 1, 2020. Late Proposals will be rejected and will be returned unopened to the Tenderer.

Proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:00 am (immediately after closure) in the presence of Consultants’ representatives who wish to attend at the conference room of BOST at Plot No. 12, First Dzorwulu Crescent, West Airport Residential Area, Accra.
