Coronavirus: We are strictly adhering to precautionary measures - Electroland assures customers

Electroland Ghana Limited has assured its customers and the general public that the company is solidly in the fight against the deadly Coronavirus in the country.

The company says showrooms and gadgets are “constantly” wiped with disinfectants to ensure they are safe of any virus.

According to the electronics company, it is strictly following safety measures for now, until there is a new directive by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and the Ministry of Health.

A statement sighted by Managing Director, Nour Seklaoui, read, “EGL is a company that holds its customers’ interest at heart and so as part of efforts in fighting this Pandemic, we are strictly adhering to the measures announced by the Ministry of Health to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.

Dear Cherished Customer,

ELECTROLAND GHANA LIMITED, distributors of Samsung, Midea, Toshiba, ABB and brand owners of NASCO electronics, would like to assure the general public that we are solidly together in the fight against COVID 19 Virus in Ghana.

Kindly be informed that all our showrooms across the country are still in full operation from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

EGL is a company that holds its customers' interest at heart and so as part of efforts in fighting this Pandemic, we are strictly adhering to the measures announced by the Ministry of Health to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.

We have hand sanitizers at entry points of all our showrooms to keep your hands and other items sanitized.

All our door handles, shop fixtures, metals, surfaces and most importantly the products you will carry home are wiped constantly with disinfectants to make sure they are safe of any virus.

Our sales personnel have been trained and cautioned to keep a one meter distance wearing mask from customers while still attending to them on the shop floor.

Also, to reduce cash exchanges, please be informed that our Mobile Money System and POS are available at cash areas for payment.

ELECTROLAND, is a law abiding company and therefore, will not do anything contrary to what is expected to be a national exercise in preventing the spread of this disease.

We are strictly following this safety measures for now until there is a new directive by His Excellency the President of Ghana and Ministry of Health.

While outlining the required safety measures we have put in place at our various showrooms, we also wish to urge our customers and the general public to stay safe by adhering strictly to the preventive measures announced by the relevant authorities, which include washing of hands regularly with soap and running water, as well as using hand sanitizers regularly.
