GSE registers another moderate rise

Accra, Aug. 19, GNA - The GSE All-Share Index, the main market indicator, was up by 0.1 points to end trading at 4,837.72 points from 4,837.62 points on Thursday.

Change for the year-to-date remained at -28.84 per cent. There were two positive price changes and no loser on the day. CFAO gained one cedi at 391 cedis and Fan Milk two cedis at 15,012 cedis.

Shares that changed hands fell to 165,000 from 179,500 on Thursday. Market capitalisation was up at 91,990.80 from 91,990.53 billion cedis from 3,383.22 million issued shares.
