On March 16, 2019, the hospitality industry witnessed a rebranded serene evening reception with almost all the top business mavens. The Hoteliers Gala and Dinner Night came to life at Labadi Beach Hotel, although the night was the first edition and of its kind in the country, it was simply a success story that could be written again.

Hosted by radio and television presenter Giovani Caleb who light up the entire program with his interval jokes. Presence at the Hoteliers Gala and Dinner night were General managers, food and beverage managers, human relation officers and several more from Hotels within Accra and its environs.

A strong message from the General Manager of Accra City Hotel, Roman Krabel pointed the executives towards the direction of togetherness to build the hospitality industry in Ghana to further boost the country's tourism sector and make it worthy for tourist. He made it vividly clear that hotels' age difference shouldn't be used to judge performance rather what must be done to improve services now and in the future is very important.

The Chief Operations Officer of 90 Degrees event company, Linda Mensah Vidro took the stage and launched the Hospitality Awards Ghana 2019 (The leadership Awards) revealing the various categories for the year under review, right after that, she explained the uniqueness of the award which is planned for July. Indicating the award show is mainly for the people who work behind the scenes to build and continue building a strong image for the hotels. The awards are for the people that make the hotels work, she said.

On building a conducive atmosphere to attract investments in from all corners, The Chief Executive Officer of 90 Degrees Event Management, Eugene Vidro brought the attention of the audience to respect of time and dedication to work.
