Stanbic Bank organizes breakfast meeting with stakeholders

Stanbic Bank, one of the leading banks in Ghana has organized a breakfast meeting with its stakeholders to familiarize with them.

The meeting that brought together 65 stakeholders is in line with the bank’s focus on establishing a more cordial relationship with its customers and making each one of them feel welcomed and cherished.

Dr. Ernest Kofi Asimenu, Head of Private Banking noted that the event was part of the bank’s moves to “touch our customers at any given opportunity we will have”.

According to him, banks are striving for more visibility now and that is not achieved by brick and mortar anymore but through digitalization.

“We want to touch our customers through SMS, Online banking and having our relationship managers to engage with our customers more,” he added

Mr. Asimenu said, through the feedback they get from their customers, the bank will be able to work towards providing better services for them

“We listen to our customers and engage with them, we also appreciate their contributions because those are the things that will help us to improve on our services,” he added.

The meeting was held in Accra on Thursday, March 1.
