Promasidor Ghana Limited honors best distributors for 2017

Promasidor Ghana Limited (PGL) producers of Guinness world record holding brand, Onga, over the weekend awarded its distributors for their effort and contribution towards the growth of the company’s business in the year 2017.

The awards ceremony was part of a distributor appreciation banquet organized by PGL at the Volta Serene Hotel in Ho for all the four brands of PGL; Cowbell, Onga, Yumvita and Miksi.

The colorful event was interspersed with good music and several giveaways for all attendees. Preceding the announcement of the National Best Distributor were several other awards presented to different distributors for their outstanding performances in different areas of operations.

Tonifel Enterprise of Accra was declared the overall national best distributor for the year 2017 with a winning package of a brand new van.

Maxipriest from Kumasi and Agnes Opoku Enterprise from Accra both took home a mouth watery cash prize for chalking both the 2nd and 3rd best national distributor respectively.

Climaxing the event was a captivating performance from the legendary Amandzeba who got all attendees on their feet.

Speaking to the media on the importance of the awards ceremony, sales and marketing director for PGL Mr. Timo Van Vooren said “Our distributor form an integral part of our operation as a business hence the need to recognize and show appreciation to their contribution. Tonight’s event also provides the platform for us to affirm our unflinching commitment to ensuring that we grow the customer base for all products and also strategically positions our brands in order to give great value for your money.”

A total of 48 awardees took home separate prizes, which included cash prizes, security system installations and several others.
