Danywise Estate & Construction Company Limited owned by Mr. Frank Aboagye Danyansah has been adjudged Best Residential Developer Lower Income for 2017 in the country.

The program organized by Ghana Property Express at the Banquet Hall of State House in Accra was under the theme: ‘Exploiting Data to Bond Bricks and Mortar Trading’ coincided with their 10th Anniversary.

The young Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Frank Aboagye Danyansah received a plaque on behalf of Danywise staff with inscriptions ‘Best Residential Developer Of The Year 2017 Apartments’ from Organisers of the program.

The awardee exclusively told mynewsgh.com’s reporter every that Ghanaian worker either with public or private sector must own a house at the retirement age of sixty where the person is incapacitated and can no longer work and pay for his/her rent.

“Everyone must own a house in his or her lifespan with the payment plan from the government which should be affordable …Very fortunate I have done that because the government is not doing it”, the awardee pointed out

“I think about the poor Ghanaian worker that is why I have negotiation payment plan for everyone”, the CEO disclosed in an interview with our reporter Kwabena Danso-Dapaah.

“The ability of a household to spend up to 30% of your gross annual income on rent is not helpful to the Ghanaian worker”, Mr. Frank Aboagye Danyansah observed.
