Thank you Dr. Chang. We should be protecting our infant industries and not open them up for competition with those in the developed world. Even US thinks it has to protect its industries.

Very wonderful delivery but he must watch his use of the term "underdeveloped countries". It's not appropriate diplomatically. Maybe "least developed" is appropriate since development is a process and not an event.
