The real culprit of these instant justice thing is the Ghana Police. Ask any child in the street about the police and they will tell you.
Look at the situation where the police ask someone who has brought an injured thief to the station to send him to the hospital himself and bear all expensis OR ask u to provide food daily for his /her upkeep OR find the same thief after 24 hrs roaming ur neighbourhood and even boasting about his invincibility.
These and others make people take the law into their own hands.
On the other hand if people find the police useful and professional enough such cases will be handed over to them after all I don't think anyone takes delight in killing.
I HOPE SOMEONE IS LISTENING.
